jaden schapiro is a writer, poet, artist, and cook, among other things.
they graduated from vassar college where they studied creative writing, art history, and food anthropology where their creative essay “children of the barcode” won the 2025 laura adelina ward prize. they have also attended nyu shanghai and parsons school of design before transferring. they are all over the place. or maybe they just like a bunch of different things.
they are based in manahatta.
